About
The Garrett Maxwell Agency (GMA) is a social impact consulting firm in Southern California. We specialize in collective impact and systems change initiatives that aim to improve the lives of children, families, and communities. Our core services include community collaboration, strategic planning and implementation, and capacity building.
GMA is led by founder Dr. Chrystina Smith-Rasshan, who has experience working in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. She has led numerous social impact initiatives and projects at the local, regional, and statewide levels, with an emphasis on improving life outcomes for children and families. GMA’s clients include private, government, philanthropic, and nonprofit institutions. This work has included contributions to organizational development and restructuring of public governmental agencies, in addition to training and coaching leaders on community and systems change development, investment and strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building efforts.
